The Monkey's Fist knot is an old sailors knot used for weighting rope or, sometimes, as a weapon. I have made these for decoration, either to hang alone or in a small group. I could even see one balled up on a shelf with other knick knacks. Message me if you have any questions!

Embellished Parakeet - Bright Blue Rhinestones
$900.00

This is a real taxidermy parakeet, embellished with rhinestones using archival glue. It is mounted on a wood plaque with a hanger on the back for easy hanging.

The parakeet used to be part of a small zoo in Northern Wisconsin. It was in an enclosed area where kids could go and feed the birds and interact with them. A few of the birds died of natural causes and were mounted by a local taxidermist. That is where I bought them.
